SMK Negeri 1 Cibadak memiliki lima Program Studi Keahlian :
1. Teknologi Pengolahan Hasil Pertanian terdiri dari 2 kompetensi keahlian:
- Pengawasan Mutu
- Pengolahan Hasil Pertanian
2. Budidaya Tanaman Pangan dan Hortikultura
3. Agribisnis Produksi Ternak terdiri dari 2 kompetensi keahlian
- Budidaya Ternak Unggas
- Budidaya Ternak Ruminansia
4. Agribisnis Perairan dengan kompetensi keahlian Budidaya Perikanan
5. Teknologi Informatika dan Komunikasi dengan Kompetensi Keahlian Multimedia.

Masalah dan Solusi
A. Permasalahan Internal
Dibalik potensi dan prestasi yang dimiliki oleh SMK Negeri 1 Cibadak, tentu masih ada beberapa kekurangan dan kelemahan
B. Permasalahan Eksternal
Dunia kerja masih banyak yang kurang menghargai kompetensi yang dimiliki tamatan, sehingga kesempatan bekerja dan upah yang diterima relative rendah
investasi dan penciptaan lapangan kerja masih rendah
Masih rendahnya dukungan dan penghargaan baik dari pemerintah maupun masyarakat untuk pengembangan sekolah
Terjadinya persaingan yang besar terutama dalam mengisi kesempatan dan peluang kerja
C. SDM
Untuk menjamin penyelenggaraan diklat yang terstandar maka SMK Negeri 1 Cibadak melakukan pengembangan sumberdaya pendukung berupa SDM, faasilitas dan unit produksi
D. Kerjasama
Sebagai sebuah institusi yang bergerak dalam bidang pendidikan pertanian, sudah selayaknya mempunyai hubungan kerjasama yang saling menguntungkan baik dengan institusi pemerintah, Lembaga Swadaya Masyarakat (LSM), maupun dengan kalangan Dunia Usaha/industri. Apabila kegiatan ini bisa dilaksanakan dengan baik, maka kita yakin bahwa sekolah akan mampu berdiri sejajar dan pada akhirnya sekolah akan memiliki daya jual yang tinggi di mata pemerintah maupun masyarakat.
